What is protected under the HIPAA agreement

As of July 21, 2020, The following functionality is Included Functionality under the applicable HIPAA Business Associate Addendum:

Calendar, Drive (including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms),
Apps Script,
Keep,
Sites
Hangouts (chat messaging feature only),
Google Chat, Google Meet, Google Voice (managed users only),
Google Cloud Search
Google Groups,
Google Tasks
and Vault (if applicable).

As a covered entity or business associate you must comply with the Security Rule, the Security Standards for the Protection of Electronic Protected Health Information (the Security Rule) establish a national set of security standards for protecting certain health information that is held or transferred in electronic form.
